Here is a little motivation for anyone struggling with finding a reason to run. This stems from an article in the recent issue of Runner’s World which talks about a guy who has an insane streak of days running. I think I would rather say on my deathbed “I am glad I ran more than I worked” instead of “I wish I ran more.” I think running every day is a healthy goal and certainly better than “I am going to eat my weight in doughnuts every day” or “I will try to drink my weight in coffee before noon every day.”
I would be thrilled to hear from anyone willing to join this streak. Minimum of a mile each day, my aim is to average significantly higher.
