Weight is hovering at 180

Diet remains vegan

Meditation is daily for 40 minutes

Monday – 320 meter swim

Tuesday – 45 minute run

1 Yasso 800 @4:00

100 meter swim

Wednesday – 5 x 800m @3:45-3:55

Thursday – 1 hour tempo run @85% for 40 min

Friday – 12 miles with 9 miles at 10 min/mile

Saturday – weights and yoga stretches

Sunday – stretches and rest

I am not sure if I explained before but, I do not have much workout time on the weekend with the kids and wife home. I reserve this time for rest and some light working out less that 30 minutes.
