I have noticed that as I stopped blogging regularly about my juicing, I started eating food. I will have been eating a bit of food each of the last three days. Has not really affected my performance but I want to get the effects of a longer term juice/smoothie fast. I will begin today. 30 days of juice and smoothies. Care to join me?

    Oh my goodness. The past two days I have been SOOO bad with food! I can’t start 30 days now (Going to Orlando soon and want some authentic Cuban food. 🙂 ) but I will be juicing afterwards.

      I get it. This type of change requires some willpower and not a lot going on to distract you for at least the first few days. Since it was so hard the first couple days for you, I would suggest a week the first time (again) then increase if you can, if not, try again when you find recipes that you can tolerate. Orlando sounds like fun! I wanna come!
