Weight Loss Day 16

Off day today. Did not make it to my workout. Got the kids to bed late and when I lay down with my son, an enormous amount of tired just swept over me. I feel like I am losing energy but I am not sure where from. I will meditate on it tonight before sleep.

Came out to under 1300 kcals and 22g sugar. Since the goal here is to increase my metabolism (through reducing kcals at first and then increasing exercise gradually), I am happy with the results to this point. I am only beginning this journey.

pull-ups, sit-ups and push-ups (21 each)

1 hour + time before sleep (usually about 30-45 mins)
