Weigh in today: home – 190.6
work – 192

Essentially no change in weight from Thursday. I do not count 1 pound as a weight change, unless it adds up over time and is a pound a week for a month.

3/4 cup Fiber One
40 oz water
1 slice left over pizza (nothing better!)
stir fry (1 cup zucchini, 2 oz grilled chicken)

4 miles with 3 miles run straight in 45 mins
20 each – pull-ups, sit-ups, push-ups

begin the first Rugged Maniac workout
Moderate Height Box Jump (12x)
Renegade Row with Push-up (12x)
DB Step-up (10x each leg)
Pull Down/Pull Up (15x/8x)
Band or Cable Rotation (10x each side)
