Weight Loss day 6

Diet – one cup of Fiber One
One cup popcorn with drawn butter and salt
Three slices Turkey bacon, lettuce, 1 tsp mayo, two slices tomato, two slices rice bread
Two cups veg juice with alkalizer water
Six ounces chicken

Exercise – sit ups 10
Push ups 10
Pull ups 10
Planks 10x10sec
30 minutes in the pool with Maia
( not a lot of exercise but certainly good for the soul to be in water for that long )

Meditation – 30 minutes
2×5 minutes gratitude blast

Deborah King conference today so it was hectic with the kids and trying to navigate time for everything
